About Us

I have spent most of my life on the North Shore. I grew up in West Vancouver and soon realized the unique nature of the area and all the amenities and benefits of living in this wonderful part of the world. I currently reside in North Vancouver.  I have always considered it a privilege to work in the community in which I live; sharing this place with my neighbours, friends, family and clients.  I possess a passionate love for the game of golf - a 57 year member of Capilano Golf and Country Club has given me the opportunity to enjoy the wonderful game with the lessons of life that it provides-self control, respect for tradition and discipline. 

My 37 year real estate career has spanned five decades.  I have experienced many markets - good, bad and indifferent.  I have always tried to provide honest, straight forward advice, employ a solid work ethic and listen to the needs of the client.

I am particularly proud at this time to announce the blending of generations. My son, Brad, a licensed realtor and very successful in his own right, will join me at Allison Real Estate. It is most exciting and rewarding to have my son come aboard.

In his late 20's, Brad embarked on his exciting path of Real Estate, inspired by his father's well-written path. With an impressive legacy of 38 years in the industry, his father's footsteps resonated as more than just imprints on the ground – they were a blueprint for success.

During his early 20s, he found himself immersed in the dynamic world of the hospitality industry. Little did he know then that this experience would become the vessel for forging attributes that would shape his professional journey in remarkable ways.

This was a transformative chapter for Brad, a time when the hospitality industry unknowingly sowed the seeds of customer-centricity, urgency, and attention to detail within him. These traits, now deeply ingrained, continue to guide his journey in Real Estate, ensuring that every client engagement is not just a transaction, but an experience driven by care, precision, and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
